Research-use materials
All EDEN products are sold strictly as reference materials for laboratory research use only (RUO). They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, or therapeutic use. By purchasing, you confirm you are acquiring materials for lawful research purposes.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If a vial arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and product. Verified damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
Unopened, unused items
Because these are sensitive research materials, we generally cannot accept returns of opened or used product. Unopened items in original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility and a restocking fee may apply.
Non-returnable items
Opened vials, items without original packaging, and any product where the batch/COA seal has been broken are not eligible for return.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider.
