Research use only

All products sold by EDEN are reference materials intended strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not approved by the U.S. FDA for human or animal consumption or for diagnostic or therapeutic use. Nothing on this site is a claim of safety or efficacy for any use in humans or animals.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase these materials in your jurisdiction. By ordering, you represent that you are acquiring products solely for lawful research and that you will handle, store, and dispose of them in accordance with applicable laws and safety standards.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Orders & pricing

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect misuse or a violation of these terms. Prices and product availability may change without notice. Certificates of Analysis are provided for identification and quality-control purposes.

Referral program

Where enabled, referral commissions are calculated according to the program settings in effect at the time an order is paid. Commissions may be adjusted or reversed if the underlying order is cancelled or refunded. We may modify or discontinue the program at any time.

Limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is" for research use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EDEN is not liable for any misuse of its products or for damages arising from use outside of a controlled research setting.
